CONTEST RULES
Contest void where prohibited by law.

1 How to Participate

1.1 The contest “On the road again 2015-2016” begins May 6, 2015 at 10 a.m. and will end on May 3, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. on the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec Web site (under the “Contest”).

1.2 To participate in the contest, you must be the age of majority in your province of residence, respect the other eligibility conditions stated in this document and complete the participation form on the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec Web site: www.tourismecentreduquebec.com located in the contest section. All entries must be sent by May 3, 2016 at 11:59 p.m. (refer to the “Entry Forms”).

1.3 No purchase is necessary.

2 Draw (selecting winner)

2.1 Among all the entry forms received by the server that hosts the Web site, one (1) random draw will take place on May 4, 2016 at 10 a.m. The name of the winner will be posted on the Web site during a of 14-day period starting on May 4, 2016 and ending on May 18, 2016.

2.2 Winner will be contacted by Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and before claiming the prize, each of the contestants who are contacted must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question (under the “Mathematical question”). Upon answering the mathematical question correctly, the contestant will be declared the winner (individually identified under “Winner”).

3 Prize

3.1 Description of prize

3.1.1 The winner will receive a package including 1 night stay at the Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville, 1 night stay at Le Victorin Hôtel & Congrès in Victoriaville, 1 gift certificate from the Fromagerie Lemaire ($40), 1 dinner at Le Globe-Trotter restaurant, 1 dinner at Le Communard restaurant, 1 family pass for the Village Québécois d’Antan including a gift certificate to purchase delicious donuts, 1 family pass for the Parc Marie-Victorin and 1 guided tour and 1 maple products gift basket from the Érablière aux petits plaisirs. The approximate retail value of the prize is eight hundred Canadian dollars (C$800) (under the “Prize”).

3.2 The prize includes only what is specifically described above, the winner will be required to pay all other expenses.

3.3 Tourisme Centre-du-Québec reserves the right and, at its sole discretion, to substitute the prize with another prize or monetary compensation of comparable value if for one reason or another the winner is unable to claim the prize as described in paragraphs 3.1.1 of this document.

4 General Regulations

4.1 The Prize Winner will be contacted by telephone or by email with all the details relating to his/her prize. The winner must claim his or her prize from our offices before June 1st, 2016 4:30 p.m., otherwise it will not be awarded. If the prize is not picked up within the stated period, the winner waives the rights to the prize and there will not be a new drawing.

4.2 The name of the contest winner will be available from May 4, 2016 to May 18, 2016, at the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec offices from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

4.3 By participating in this contest, the winner authorizes its organisers and representatives to use, if required, their name, photo, picture and/or voice to inform, through all media that he/she is the contest winner and doing this without receiving any form of compensation.

4.4 The prize should be accepted as it is described in the present general rules and cannot be substituted or exchanged for another prize or cash and it is non transferable.

4.5 The winner must use the prize between June and September, 2016.

4.6 This Contest is organized by the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and it partner (Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville, Le Victorin Hôtel & Congrès in Victoriaville, Fromagerie Lemaire, Le Globe-Trotter restaurant, Le Communard restaurant, Village Québécois d’Antan, Parc Marie-Victorin and Érablière aux petits plaisirs). Subject to the conditions provided herein, the contest is open to Canada residents with the exception of employees, agents and/or representatives of the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec, Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville, Le Victorin Hôtel & Congrès in Victoriaville, Fromagerie Lemaire, Le Globe-Trotter restaurant, Le Communard restaurant, Village Québécois d’Antan, Parc Marie-Victorin and Érablière aux petits plaisirs and affiliates, advertising agencies or any stakeholder related to the Contest, as well as any person who is domiciled with such employee, agent and/or representative or any members of the immediate family. For participation rule purposes, “immediate family” refers to fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, husband and wife or common-law partners of such an employee, agent and/or representative. Any participant who is selected by chance as part of this Contest and who does not respect these eligibility conditions will be automatically disqualified and another draw will be held to select a winner. All participants who have not complied with these eligibility conditions must inform the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec about this fact as soon as they are contacted.

4.7 Tourisme Centre-du-Québec, its subsidiaries and its institutions and any other legal entity of its corporate group and its members, administrators, directors, employees as well as all other stakeholders linked to this Contest (hereinafter designated “Released Parties”) disclaim all responsibility related to the prizes and to the Contest and do not provide any guarantee with regard to them.

4.8 Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and all of the other Released Parties are not liable for any problem including, but not restricted to: a technical failure with the telephone network, telephone lines, on-line computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or any other problem resulting directly or indirectly from a virus, bug or a failure in the sending of e-mails to the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec any reason including but not limited to congestion on the Internet network or on an Internet site or the combination of the two. Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and other Released Parties will not be held responsible for any damage that could affect the computer equipment of participants following their registration in the Contest. Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and other Released Parties will not be liable for any other problem that could adversely affect the smooth functioning of this Contest in accordance with the rules established herein, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the cancellation or deferral of the said Contest.

4.9 Tourisme Centre-du-Québec and all other Released Parties are not liable for the incomplete or incomprehensible contact information provided by participants. Tourisme Centre-du-Québec reserves the right to reject any illegible or mutilated Entry Form that contains a human or mechanical error. Tourisme Centre-du-Québec reserves the right to change or cancel the Contest, without prior notice, having already received necessary approval from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec.

4.10 A participant cannot participate more than one time in the same promotional contest.

4.11 The Contest rules are available at the Tourisme Centre-du-Québec offices, located at 20 Carignan Boulevard West, in Princeville, between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and at online at the following address:
www.tourismecentreduquebec.com.

4.12 A dispute pertaining to the organization or operation of a promotional contest must be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux so that it may be dealt with. A dispute over pertaining to the designation of a prize can be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux exclusively, for the purposes of arranging an intervention to resolve the dispute.

4.13 The decisions of the Contest organizers are final and not open to question or review.

4.14 This Contest is subject to all of the applicable municipal, provincial and federal laws and regulations.
