Bicycle along the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and small country roads to the St. Lawrence Plains. Find trails adapted to your needs and your level, on roads or stone dust cycling trails. Between Montreal and Quebec City, on the south shore of the St. Lawrence River, we welcome you to the region.
