Description
Built in the 18th century, the Moulin Michel is one of the few flour mills that has retained it's original vocation. See its hydraulic mechanisms grind the grain on grindstones the ancestral way. During our opening hours, come take a gourmet break ! Visit the shop for ground organic buckwheat flour, local products and local crafts.
