The Érablière Prince has been pairing flavours and traditions since 1978. Our traditional sugaring season meals will delight you. Taffy on snow, the Musée de l'Habitant et de la petite ferme (local history and family farm museum), and horse-drawn sleigh rides will make you want to return year after year.
You can also visit the maple syrup facilities and buy our pure maple syrup products onsite (syrup, taffy, sugar loaves, granulated sugar, etc.). Our hiking trails and deer are guaranteed to make your visit unforgettable.
