The region boasts a vast network of very accessible cycling trails and road circuits. The well-known bike trail identified as Route Verte no. 4 (which starts in the Eastern Townships and ends in the Mauricie region) winds through the Centre-du Québec region. Cycling enthusiasts can also leave from downtown Quebec City and follow the old railway bed to travel through the entire Centre-du-Québec region on Route Verte no. 1 (the Parc linéaire des Bois-Francs).
