In 2005, the Morin family decided to give new life to an old Presbytery, and they chose cheese as their speciality. Located conveniently close to the family farm, they just knew it was the perfect place to bring their dream of making artisanal cheeses to life.
Their cheese is made using milk from their very own farm and is crafted carefully every day. You can visit the church at any time of the year and see how they transformed it from its traditional use into an ageing area for their product.
The friendly staff at the Presbytery will prepare delicious fine cheese platters for you and your guests, which you can take home with you or enjoy on-site. Just tell them what you would like to try and how many people you're feeding.
In the summer, you can even enjoy your cheese while taking in the spectacular landscape that surrounds you.
Daily: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
