Description

The Forêt Ancienne sector of the parc régional des Grandes-Coulées awaits you for a great night's sleep in the heart of nature!

Camping
Our four rustic campsites offer intimate, wooded sites right in the heart of the Sentier de l'Érablière. Just 1 km from the parking lot, the sites are accessible only on foot (you'll need to bring your own equipment).

These unserviced sites (no water or electricity) offer :

  • A 12' x 12' sandbox for a medium-sized tent
  • Fireplace with spark arrestor
  • Picnic table
  • A dry toilet and gazebo nearby (facilities shared with other campers)

Ready-to-camp
Designed for total immersion in nature, the three ready-to-camp sites offer abundant views of the surrounding tranquility and a unique experience in the region. A short walk of 200 to 300 meters leads visitors to these unusual dwellings nestled in the heart of the forest, along the Chevreuils trail.

Designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults (or 2 adults and 3 children), these eco-responsible accommodations are equipped with solar lighting, a propane stove, a mini-fridge and a 20-liter water supply inside. Outside, they feature a BBQ, fire pit and picnic table, as well as a dry toilet.

Perfect for adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts, the campsites and ready-to-camp sites give you access to the 12 km of trails in the Forêt Ancienne sector, as well as to the fishing trail.

No on-site supervision or reception. No on-site services. Campers must bring everything they need for their stay.
