Description

Unique in its field, the visit of the Centre d'interprétation de la Fromagerie Saint-Guillaume will introduce you to the history of cheese-making and the different steps involved in getting to those delicious products we sell!

Winner of many awards, the Fromagerie Saint-Guillaume cheese factory was founded in 1940. Taste the benefit of their experience and know-how and enjoy various kinds of cheeses made on site: Le P'tit Frais Cheddar curds, variety of daily fresh, mild, medium, aged or flavored Cheddar, La Brique pizza mozzarella, Le Gratiné pizza mozzarella, Monterey Jack, Swiss, Emmental, Parmesan and  Tortillon cheese. And we cannot ignore Baya, a delicious Halloumi-type cheese that truly stands out from other similar cheeses for its distinctive slightly salty and spicy taste which comes from Middle East spices. They give it subtle aromas of star anise, cumin and coconut.
