As you observe the rich religious heritage of the churches, onsite guides will relate the events that shaped these parishes: the Revenant de Gentilly (the spirit that haunted Gentilly), parish rivalries, the bishop's visit, the war between evil and good (“coqs noirs” versus the “coqs blancs”), and much more!

Travel back in time and hear some fascinating tales as told by the Précieux-sang guide. You will begin your journey in the early 1900s where you will learn about the history of the region; in Fortierville you will discover the Aurore exhibition and visit the grave of l'enfant-martyr; in St-Pierre-les-Becquets, not only can you enjoy its very distinctive church, you can spend time contemplating the beauty of the St. Lawrence River. The St-Grégoire and Gentilly churches have rich histories that are yours to discover.
