This route begins in Plessisville, the maple capital, where you can pick up delicious maple products year round. Alternating between lowlands and the Appalachian foothills, you’ll explore rolling landscapes.  You’ll find Sainte-Sophie charming, particularly when the hills don their fall colours, enhancing the spectacular views that this small village is known for. Continue to Saint-Ferdinand where you can stay and admire Lake William surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains.
